The irony of the new "Gameplay in 2018" video and Teemo

The new video talks about how Riot is loving new playstyles developed by the new runes, one of the other generic Teemo builds would be on-hit Teemo, and he was recently nerfed, now his on-hit playstyle is practically unplayable, Press the Attack no longer competes with Summon Aery. Lanes become 10x harder, and scaling for him becomes even worse. I understand that Teemo became a huge problem, and the HP nerf was reasonable. But the AD nerf was uncalled for. Now with the irony, this has been the best preseason for on-hit Teemo, but the worst season 8 on-hit Teemo.
