Lucian still needs some help

I think riot should just allow his Ult to be able to Crit.

This makes his longest ranged ability to not be incredibly useless.

As it stands now its good for pushing out waves, and maybe catching a squishy out.

IF it was able to crit i think people would be much more hesitant at diving him.
