Even if she gets completely shut down in lane she is able to farm and get 3-4 items and hard carry. her passive allows her to remain unpunished for poor positioning because she is impossible to catch after she gets the insane movement speed. her q allows her to get almost 2.0 attack speed with only 1 attack speed item. i feel like its insanely hard to counter and im open to any tips.

q this can be a doozy and is really the best part of her kit but shes also outranged unless she goes to rocket where it sacritices speed for 10% her attack longer range and a splash so 
are good counters here for adc
w its a skillshot thats super telegraphed way before it hit so its really your fault if you get zapped
e the one thing that she has for escape scouting and trapping this is really the hardest part to counter since a good jinx can and will chain cc with her support best i can suggest be aware of everything or bring 
his sheild acts like terrain they go around his sheild like a wall
r this is her execute thats about it shell wanna do it some ways away to get the full damage so watch the map youll see it comeing befor it hits and when it does its only 30% missing hp so if your more than 30 with some armor your fine
general tips: jinx is squishy she has no escapes her passive procts when she gets a assist helps kill a structure and a kill (even then if its been like 5 seconds it wont proct) bring good hold down support champs like

as a couple of examples and the formentioned adcs remember tho she is strong but she isnt op or anti fun by any means she can fail if her support sucks but so can every other adc hope this helped and remember a adc is nothing without support it takes 3 people to feed or starve them
Jinx is still quite strong. But if you shut her down and she is alone farming take advantage of that and start a team fight since they will be down 4v5. You'll be able to take advantage of that, get objectives, and snowball the game. Or head down to where she is fighting and gank her to shut her down more since she will be quite vulnerable. If you're asking for champion specific counters then thornmail will work wonders due to her reliance on auto attacks and lack of magic damage. Armor with attack speed reduction will also work out great for everyone on your team. And she doesn't get her movespeed until someone dies so that's a weakness.
Graves can easily take down a Jinx.
If you think Jinx is that bad of a champion and that godlike then I would suggest banning her in all draft pick games. Also learn to play the game by counters, that's how most players usually win - by countering.
