@Riot while Queuing for a ranked game, my team picks Vayne top, Ash Mid, Kog jg, and Jinx bot and me Leona sup (I picked second). A toxic line up, I dodge take the 5 min penalty and loss of LP.
I queue again and
Get Zed top, Janna Mid, Ash JG, Jinx Bot, and me Nami sup (I picked first) Now I have to dodge again... lose more LP and another time penalty.
Shouldn't this be a reportable offense? Deliberately ruining the game?
Unless you can see into the future there's not way to prove the game will be ruined so it's not going to be reportable. But I agree there should be a more lenient penalty for dodging.
Yeah, it is a reportable offense in a way. That's why the system automatically docks you LP, and puts you on a time penalty for a while. So yeah, dodging is penalized. I assume if you do it enough, it might lead to further punishments against you.
It's just too bad that you can't pick your teammates champions for them.
Dodging que should have 0 penalty. Besides wait time. Making there only be a wait time penalty literally has nothing negative about it. I can list over 5 positives but no negatives. riot won't do it though because they refuse to acknowledge things that they've been wrong about for such a long time because it would make them look stupid for not doing it sooner
I think that having TWO dodge tokens/day would be more than sufficient. any dodges after that should drop you 1/3rd of current LP with a scaling timer for each dodge thereafter. (5min / 7min / 10min / 15min / 20min / 24hr & revert to rank 5 tier 0LP)
I personally have not dodged a game in ranked, It's like a story and I like seeing how it unfolds. sometimes it's a happy ending, other times it's horror.
