I need a new support to carry solo queue. I need a support that has a high impact on the game and can have good pressure in the laning phase. I need a **tanky **support, BESIDES HOOK CHAMPIONS. Right now, I play alistar, thresh, and hybrid tankie ish ap carry annie. I'm thinking of getting Leona. Opinions support gods?
TLDR: Need a new tanky support champ excluding all hook supports.

I notice you didn't mention Blitzcrank, but don't want anymore hook supports. I mostly play Blitzcrank, as he is the only high CC support I have right now. Nautilus is an excellent support, but again, hooks. That leaves pretty much just Leona for a tanky support. I can't think of anyone else.

Mysticman891 votesI've been taking to braum recently myself, although I was once a leona main. Both are tanky cc machines that force opposing laners to play cautiously around both of their passives or get chunked for it.
