Just a question, want to see other opinions on this.
In LCS most of the time the jungler gets it, but as you think about it, won't it be better for a top or mid laner to get it because:
Top: More solo split pushing for late game power?
Mid: More roam potential, 1v1 potential? Besides, mid lane is kinda like the most impactful lane in the game.
Just wanna see other opinions on this, or why the pros opt to give it to the jungle :)
Spanked eGirl4 votesIn SoloQ I prefer giving it to top lane so they can take a tower. Or whoever needs to get the tower. Going off of LCS is usually never a good plan unless you have a good sized group and are doing more in depth things

-Helps them Gank -And they can push the towers as well, Except they can do it all over the map, while the top laner is stuck with just the one lane.
Abyssphere1 votesI think if top lane is in a position to be pushed immediately then the top laner can take it but otherwise I do like it on the jungler. Their flexibility in terms of what they choose to push is really good and they can easily use it to help push mid, then go top, or vice versa. The damage buff is also good to have on someone who roams the map, as is the movement speed. Of course, the downside to giving it to the jungler is that they will spend their time roaming away from minions, so it's an inconsistent minion buff, but I don't mind that too much.
