Chicago Server Lag Spikes

Long story short, when the server first switched, my ping went from 65-80 to around 23, and everything ran super smoothly. Now after the "Stress Test Weekend", my ping is never constant, and I have been getting lag spikes over 100 ping, sometimes up to 200. I live in MN, so just from a proximity stand point, shouldn't my ping be smooth? I have talked to other players in my area with different ISP's and they are saying the same thing. Has anyone else had this issue? At this point I would take back my older ping back because consistent ping is far better than this ping that is all over the place. It makes the game far less fun to play when you are constantly feeling like someone is fast forwarding then slowing your game.

wow its almost like when people were telling you originally (when the server was in the west) that the problem was your internet not the server location; were right.....

Learn how to diagnose your internet and call and complain to your ISP.

Hey Chovdet! I don't know what that douchebags problem is but I am experiencing the exact same situation. I had no connection issues before but around 110ms. After the switch I was so excited be I went down to 57ms and everything was great for the first few days. Since two days ago I have intermittent and random ping spikes to upwards of 1000ms and the game will freeze for several seconds at a time. It has become completely unplayable. I've tried everything and I have ensured that it is absolutely not my internet connection. I hope a solution comes soon my friend!
