Duo looking for a 5's team

My duo partner and I are looking for a 5's team to join. We are both currently in college, so it wouldn't be We are both silver and can fill a number of different roles. My two main roles are Mid and Jungle, his are mid and top/adc. But like I said, we can almost any role. My favorite champs are Katarina, Maokai, and Fizz, his are Zed, Yasuo, and Jax/Vayne.
