Honor and leveling rewards

I get that the champion shards are needed for all those people who dont own all the champs already but the rewards system should recognize accounts that own all of the champs already. Honor levels give out nothing but champ shards besides keys and ward skins but when u own them all already its just so redundant kinda sux. I got so much blue essence and nothing to spend it on but mastery levels and new champs when they release currently sitting on almost 50k be again i got 19 mastery 7's but the accumilation of it is just rediculous maybe think about the honor capsules and level capsule dropping say 50/50 champs shards and skin shards for accounts with all champions owned. Just feels like the reward is cut in half when you get so many champ shards. All i do is bust em all down its not that rewarding to add 900 be to my 50k be. you know what i mean.
