Match Making is unfair

Every game my gameplay is consistent. According to the year in review my stats in game are right with the plat and diamond tier players. Im a support main. But 2 of 3 games i get placed with players that rage at each other and feed so much. My junglers feed and dont gank my tops feed and afk my mids feed and dont roam my adc is autofilled. My performance remains the same most every game. When i play mages such as lux zyra etc. for support i outdamage everyone on my team consitently but i just cant carry some of these teams. So bad that the best player in the world of some of these champs couldnt carry some of these teams. Its a joke. plz rito take other things besides just win/loss into account when u match players. Please. Please.
