match making and balancing

Please remove the fast team filler queue time setup, the games are ill balanced and not enjoyable, i keep getting people that are beginners at league on my team and experienced premade teams on the enemy team, i feel the system is demanding that i have to play to carry but with the teams setup its not possible. im decent at league but not at the point where i can play 1 vs 9, i would prefer longer queue time if it means i would actually get a balanced team and not an auto filled team. and i say this because im experiencing very negative games because of this auto full fast queue just for normal games. and if a person's loads in but afks after 2 mins has passed because they died the instant they ran to the lane you should be allowed to remake, but the remake is only set for if a person doesn't even load in, so most of my games im forced to play 3 vs 5 tell 20 mins and the 1-2 people are afk for 18 mins of the game, it's not fun, and personally feels like an attack by the matchmaking system against me with how frequently this happens to my team and not the enemy's team.
