I wish the word 'rework' would stop coming up.

Unless the word 'revert' is somewhere in there with it.

There are too many people who are under the sickening illusion that a second rework will fix what the first one screwed up on.

I don't know how you can imagine the same amount of terabytes worth of data is going to fix via rework what was broken to begin with. If the first rework already missed the mark on the champion's actual problems, the second rework is as or more likely to miss the mark again.

Mordekaiser Fiora Teemo Veigar Zilean Kassadin Karma Cassiopeia

You guys seriously need to really think hard about what you're saying when you suggest waiting another six months for a rework. More of them have been botched this year than not. Itemization is faster, cheaper and easier to balance.

I personally am happy with Teemo being crap, but not at the cost of all of the above, virtually no reverted nerfs or reworks, and Lee Sin and Riven untouched with regard to mobility nerfs, on top of removing Magus and making Cinderhulk tickle.

a rework doesn't take "6 months" its what riot chooses to work on and get done. often times they assign just a handful or just 1 person to think/do stuff while mostly everyone else works on one thing or many little things.

theres a riot post somewhere which explains it, but IF they were to rework someone they would devote a bunch of people to it and it would take maybe 2 patches to get done. its just a question of what riot deems is more important at the time.

(and if it isn't a horrible outliar, and only a few people are complaining about it.....) you can figure out the rest.

regardless of whether the rework was a total flop or not, and regardless of how many complaints it gets, you need to realize "is the champion where riot wants them to be, and does it accomplish what RIOT, wants it to) ((not you, or boards)).

I'm disappointed Skarner was not brought up here, he is already ready for his fourth rework.

Skarner used to be an inescapable duelist, he was pretty easy to kite but if you actually got caught by him you were usually fucked, unless you had team help or were a stronger fighter.

Then he got reworked and became much easier to escape (this is honestly not as bad as people made it out to be, he was still pretty decent since there are other slow items like IBG and Frozen Mallet) he continued to be a great duelist.

Then 4.10 came, added 1 good thing and a bunch of garbage. Movement speed on Q, to make up for the loss of 4.3 loss of perma slow. They also halved his damage and doubled his cooldowns (by removing energize) 5.16 should have reverted all but the movement speed from patch 4.10. THAT'S ALL THEY NEEDED TO DO!

Instead they've now made him the complete opposite of what he used to be, he is now super fucking slow with mage movement speed and just a shield that grants movement speed. His duel potential is fucking garbage compared to other fighters. He doesn't do any damage, his shield cool down is still massive, his passive is entirely useless vs anyone with a brain and he's just not fun to play or play against (for newbies)

Skarner is the champion that needs to be reverted most. It's so easy to fix him by just admitting Riot made a mistake. Start with patch 4.9 Skarner, add the mana buffs given during S5, add the movement speed on Q. Then release it and hopefully never touch the champion again.
