Random Ideas for META Fix/Improvements
FUNNEL: Couldn't you have just nerfed having more than one support item on the team means less passive gold gen for those items for each one purchased, thus making it more punishing to mess it up even a little, for the both support champions and the mid funnel.
Or you could just give people with smite/jungle item that are around another individual from their team for more than like a minute reduced gold and xp gains by half therefore killing funnel without hurting other roles too much.
Mini Funnel: What about the new meta developing in higher elo and other regions with less AP mid laners and growing numbers of champions taking smite and just walking over to raptors every time (sometimes wolves also) they spawn giving mages and assassins little room to punish at all, having the jungler farm the rest of the jungle and gank.(Easy fix for this would just be decreasing the gold/xp you get from farming the same 1-2 camps over and over)
Crit ADC Possible Fix: Also removing AS and mana crystal on ER and storm and just adding a brawlers glove for 10% crit would fix the issue that crit adcs have had with itemization without giving them all individual buffs, or making them too dominant early to play other champs. (Standard build ER/SR Boots Zeal IE =80% crit, without feeling like you need another zeal item limiting your defense/lifesteal/pen itemization)
Possible Jungle Idea: What about nerfing flat gold and xp from camps (in your own jungle) not much and making it similar to kindred passive where farming a certain random camp gives you bonus gold and xp, and boosting jungle xp/gold for counter jungling.
