Dishonorable rank

I was toxic for a bit and got dishonorable rank and after i literally just stopped talking during games or only said nice things. I have been getting 1-3 honors per game and got a message that said "you have ranked up in honor please continue your good behavior" or something similar about honor and my profile still says dishonorable? its been like 40-50 games. anyone know if my accounts bugged or what was the point of getting a notification saying i ranked up honor
