Says i don't own a champ that was one of the first i bought

So basically i was looking through the store to buy a champ and saw that it said i didn't own draven. Yet he was one of the first champions i own. So i dismissed it as a small bug, but when i went to play him in a game it said i did not own him. This is weird cause I have a primetime draven skin for him and i was able to use that skin during free week, but when i try to play him now he doesn't pop up.
