LeBlanc after rework and nerf

Basically what i wanna say: lb is not an assassin anmore and she is in most situations completely useless. She is also not even close to as fun as she used to be and i admit she was pretty op after her rework but that last nerf literally made her unplayable because even tanks can oneshot you in the time you need to burst down anything. The fact that you have to wait 1.5 sec for passive because you simply dont have enugh dmg otherwise is just sad. As an assassin you are squishy enugh as it is, you can easily get oneshot by basically any adc, and i dont understand why lb needs this insanely high burst time while other champions like talon, fizz or zed, or even yasuo have way faster burst times. (To anyone who is going annoy me about being noob or anything i am b2 yeah ok i get it. I am not the best i am not even good but I invested a ton of time learning lb and i would still like to get some answers to why this has to be a thing)

The amount of times I've had teammates and opponents say "but you're playing leblanc" is too many and this is post-rework and W nerf.

4th lowest win rate champion at 43.80%. So yeah. Don't ever fucking say to me I should've won by default because I chose to play LeBlanc. W's damage got cut in HALF. Imagine one of the key damaging skills in your favorite champion's kit cut in half and now you can't do damage until 1.5 seconds have passed. Yeah, NOT fun.

The only time you win a lane trade now is if the enemy midlaner is afk, dc, bad, or playing a weak champion. Against competent midlaners any trade is pretty much close to 50-50 in terms of damage done. Forget mid-game skirmishes when the enemy team is grouped as 5 - unless the rest of your team is ahead it's donezo.

yeap totally useless... 1 shooting you , getting the entire wave with 2 abilities RAPING YOUR SOUL doesn't count . totally useless ...

Winrates don't really mean anything. She's great in the hands of a player skilled with her, even better in team play. She's hard to close the game with imo

She is strong..... but because I now play her as a split pusher for the most part.

I can't dash into a teamfight and burst the ADC, or even take them to 70% anymore without dying while waiting on my proc. However, what she lost in single target burst, she gained, in that she can R -> RW on top of a team (and instantly snap back to the W, since the lockout expired during the RW dash), snap to RW and Q and proc passive on the entire enemy team. Old LB's W RW was faster but didn't do as much dmg overall.

Also, she is weakish in lane until 5-6, where her ult gives her a lot of flexibility to outplay opponents, even if her dmg is about even with the enemy's.

I had to fail a lot with her, and dropped down 4 divisions in total immediately following the nerf, before I started to learn to compensate for W's dmg. I'm starting to pick myself back up, but it's very slow.

so you gotta play her more carefully and not the meh.. ill just blow up this guy an that guy and that thing so casually like before. its a good thing
