Remake Possibility in Championselect

Lets be real this is getting ridiculous ... The amount of times I had to dodge a game because my jungler wanted to go midlane and didn't accept the fact that midlane didn't want to swap with him , or someone got autofilled support and locked in riven and said he would go toplane is just to high .. Thus I am proposing a system that lets your entire team decide if you want to kick this player from the matchmaking lobby they are in (I get that there is many problems with what I say it can be easily abused for trolling but punishing a normal player, someone who just wanted to play ranked and even plays support when he gets autofilled is just unfair). In fact I am writing this discussion atm in the 15 minutes I got to wait for my next game after I had to dodge a game twice because someone was going full on troll. I'd like to hear some other players opinion on such an idea. (I know many people will be mentioning it anyways but: Sorry for any spelling and/or grammar mistakes I have made English isn't my first language and I am too lazy to check this whole text for spelling mistakes)
