QOL suggestion : Landing a Lux Q should give vision of the rooted targets
Its frustrating to throw an E after a Q every time just for vision to check if your Q hit anybody. Since Riot is buffing Lux this patch, would love to see this QOL change too.

Like when they made it so malzahar's ult ignore movement commands within the first .25 seconds of it being cast so it wouldn't cancel if you clicked one too many times
