Is Riot shying away from the 975RP Price point for Skins?

I dont know if its just me but I feel as if Riot is trying to make 1350 the new 975. Going back to last Summer most skins now have either released at 1350 or 750 RP completely ignoring the 975RP mid-point. Even skins that don't feel like they deserve to be 1350 are priced at that point, i.e Winter Wonder Karma, and have gone through at 1350RP despite backlash. Taking a look at the 4 New Blood Moon Skins only Talon and Jhin seem "deserving" of that 1350 price, Diana is borderline and TF is laughable at 1350, yet here they are all full priced. Blood Moon Thresh, Zilean, and Yasuo all look to have the same amount work done to them and they're only 975RP. I dont remember a time where we've gotten so many 1350RP skins in a row until now.

Honsetly im in favor of riot shying away from the 975, back in the day their was no line that really seperated the standerd 975 from 750

With 1350 skins introduced, it greatly increases the quality of skins we get, while also giving us more 750 skins, that are well designed. Back in the day a 975 skin was equivalent to the quality of a Chroma.

Hell look at Project Zac, it's literally a chroma of him being purple. No particle changes except for the passive, no cool back, it's legit just a re color.

1350 skins being introduced forced riot to step up in quality.

not really surprised rito is just bumping up the prices of their skins

i mean they charged some stupid ungodly number for the magnificent twisted fate

and PROMISED to rework it when people noticed it was just a reskin and nothing changed LMFAO

then went back on it

really they're just a bunch of thieves trying to squeeze every penny out of the player base

wouldn't be surprised if they throw in a new price point at like 1500 one day with 0 changes to skin quality
