FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLEASE FIX TOP LANE

Lets talk about the elephant in the room. Top lane for the past few years was useless to the point where you can not carry at all. Riot keeps buffing tanks ( Which are boring to play so nobody plays them ) or just ignores obvious champions that just break top lane. For example take Viktor. You can't deal damage to him and he remained in god-like state for 2 months now. What does Riot do? Hmmm 20 damage off should do. NO IT ISN'T ENOUGH. Consider this: Viktor shields himself every 2 seconds, He gains permanent moment speed, Gets to build tank items which transforms into bigger shields, Gets to auto attack from range and easily proc kleptomancy, And way more things that i don't want to get into. Look at the community itself. Majority of the top laners have either quit the game or switched role and those who did stay aren't having fun and I'm serious. Majority of top laners play top because they have the courage to tolerate it and they are afraid to switch roles. Since top lane is so different from other roles majority of the community don't know why we are so whinny but trust me... Top lane is in a HORRIBLE state right now. If you still don't understand what I'm trying to say look at Hashinshin - the most '' whinny '' player in the game, yet sadly most of the things he says is true and that's how we feel. If Riot doesn't start making MAJOR changes to top lane me and a lot of top laners will either leave or switch roles. I'm talking not from my own view , but from many, many top laners that I was in touch. They all feel the same way. Thanks for reading.
