New Urgot is unbelievably boring to play against
Since I'm not some pro players, with the most expertise of opinions, I do speak with quite a bit of salt. tl;dr: Urgot feels like any other juggernaut and has the same problem of being really boring to play against and I need help on how to play against him.
So, I recently had the pleasure to play against the new Urgot, and I must say, the experience was extremely dreadful and most importantly BORING. Now, I honestly don't think Urgot is broken by any means, other than that the new Urgot is just bland and feels like any other juggernaut. Urgot is just like any juggernaut who builds 1 damage item and then entirely tank items and somehow will still somehow deal more damage than you. (Now, that is, of course, just an exaggeration. But there is still truth in the joke.) For me, I play champions like Riven, so it's quite obvious I would be frustrated with matchups like. (in matter of fact, the old Urgot was even more of a hell to play against as Riven) While I haven't played against the new Urgot enough to form a complete opinion on it: I still think his kit is really boring (to play against).
From my experience with laning against Urgot, Urgot is a jack of all trades. Not particularly broken in any way, but still shines in a lot of areas. He's not super mobile, but still mobile neither the less (in addition, a flip at the end of the dash). He's not super tanky, but still, has a quite the innate tankiness. He doesn't have the highest dps, but he still hurts a lot early game. He doesn't have the best tower shredding, but still better than most. And finally, a super standard execute, although it does have outplay potential.
Now my main problem is that Urgot doesn't feel any different to play against than any other juggernaut: -play safe and get any cs I can -wait for jungler to gank -try and out scale
I feel like there is a serious lack of creativity for how to play against these juggernauts. The new Urgot doesn't add anything new to my league experience, in fact, it only dampers it. (of course his different to someone else's experience, but you can't please everyone)
It would be pretty ridiculous to rework a champion only to nerf him into the ground again, so I doubt that would happen. Long post aside, I could use some help/tip. (Aside from the obvious such as playing around Urgot's leg cooldown)
