Is fizz OP this season?

All of my friends that are playing league from a year ago have graves and ever game I play against them while their playing fizz they win. Also Fizz is more and more being played as a champion in season six for her ability gains. Her Playful/ Trickster ability is really good for engaging as a team in my opinion. Everyone is saying get fizz get fizz so... I wanted to ask yolls is Fizz op and should I get him. I don't really understand a lot about these "OP" things in league so... Thanks!
