I DONT UNDERSTAND THE RECOMMENDED ITEM BUILD!

I have played diana jungle but many of yall play her mid another example can be nidelee she is played mid sometimes bot but mainly jungle. so when i play these champs i use the RECOMMENDED ITEM TAB since im new to the game and need help with the item builds. does the recommended build vary or change depending on which summoner spell i take. like if i take smite does the recommended items tab also show the essential jungler items.

ezreal depends a lot on mana and his damage is not consistent like other ADCs do right click damage which is consistent throught but ezreal has a set back on cooldowns (main damage is Q which has 3 sec cooldown) Jinx is fun to play but i like ezreal he fits my play style Lucian is a god tier champ but he is hard to master for me and i dont wannt to play him and spend so much time on him cuz i dont play adc so much. so which ADC should i play?
