¿ Anyones thoughts on Essence Reaver ?
I have been using Essence Reaver 
on my Olaf top and Graves bot.
So far I have really enjoyed the perks that come along with an item that steals life and mana.
On top of that it has good AD and CDR.

Works in low elo if you can't manage your mana well. Otherwise it's ineffective to be spending money on something with an active you won't be using as effectively as 
by the time you back to buy it.
I am with you. I love it. I only made it to gold last season, but I use it on Varus and I swear by it. With champs that harass, it isn't about mana management. It's about having more mana to harass. The more you have, the better, and the CDR helps, too.
If you are playing an AD champ that needs CDR and extra mana won't hurt, it's a fine item. I like it on champs like Poppy and Vi in addition to several ADCs.
