Skarner heal

Skarner used to have what Darius q does now, if he hits enemies in a circle he will gain health, but now skarner doesn't have that anymore. And skarner has no attack speed unless if he is in the crystal areas. I mean if you take away his attack speed you can at least give him back that heal. Just a concept. Not an anger complaint or anything. I'm just simply saying if you guys could bring back the heal. As long as there are charges on the enemy and he as them then it should heal him
