I'm a Gangplank main since before his rework,do you think Riot will be generous to me?

I have all his skins except for Captain and I don't have the icon.During the time of the event I didn't really have a computer so I couldn't earn the event rewards.Seeing my loyalty to Gangplank,do you think Riot support would be generous enough to give me these rewards? I only need the captain skin and the icon to finally get all his incarnations. I've recently picked him up again because he stopped being super duper FOTM. At first I hated his rework but now I've learn to love his barrels.Rito did a good job with him.

Nope. Riot wouldn't do this. You have to earn your rewards and since you weren't around during the event you weren't able to earn the rewards. Sorry. Maybe if you save up 1 billion dollars and give it to Riot then they will give the items to you.

You are a gangplank fanboy and couldn't even go to a cybercafe to get the rewards? pffff
