Corki's not effective in special events

For sure I think Corki needs to get buffed. He doesn't seem to be well balanced with the other champions that everyone likes to use, especially in this event, like Master Yi, or Karthus, or maybe Zed. You guys did a rework on Heimerdinger because he wasn't doing well in his last move set and I think the same needs to happen to Corki. I've tried his traditional build and his attacks aren't doing well and the abilities look kind of dull and boring. I think Corki needs to have an upgraded move set so that people who use this character would have a more balanced gameplay so they would want to use him for these special event type game modes. There are those who would say that he is fine the way he. But let me ask you this, do you know how to use him or are you just saying that because he's easier to beat? Yeah, sure he is pretty decent on classic games but that's the thing, he's only decent. The majority of the champion roster are from very good to very annoying to overpowered. I want Corki to be well buffed or reworked enough to be as good as the rest of the League.

Corki is also an ace pilot who can do dogfights and some of his abilities don't really give much of that dog fighting feel when you play as him. He's very slow so he wouldn't be able to keep up with the enemies he's chasing. I know there's the missile barrage but you have to depend on the big one to deal a lot of damage. The little ones aren't doing much.

If Corki really is fine the way he is then can you give me a productive explanation of how he's good? More specifically, how well does he do against all these other champions that everyone else likes to use? How would I use Corki to intercept these other champions, especially the annoying ones?
