Seems to be between 142 BE and 432 BE short if you ask me, especially considering completed the lv 1-30 twice.

Though the issue with the runes does seem to have been resolved. Also what is with the Janna / Xin Zhao favouritism in the first few champ shard drops.

Also, the game's lower levels have gone to shit, its legit nothing but toxic smurfs unhappy about losing their accounts, found a grand total of actually 13 new players over the course of both runs. The rest talked shit about their plat accounts and how good they were, that fades out at about lv 17.
