Katarina is very bad in this meta and need buffs
you can't do aything because tanks and bruisers with tons of cc rule the fields and interrupt all your stuff
we need to increase katarina e shunpo dmg and range and increase range of w ty
she is fine right now, the only buff that would be appreciated is 1 sec off shunpo early game
