Reports to Penalty Ratio

I've always wondered how often Riot dishes out penalties for the reports I give. Unfortunately, they only notify you if it was your report that triggered a penalty. I think it would be interesting if they gave us a ratio of how often players we report actually receive a penalty. Something like a history of 2 weeks would be a good time frame. Obviously if you reported someone a year ago and they got a penalty today, your report didnt really do much at the time haha.

Then, you could see how accurate your reports are ie. 10% or 20% or what have you actually receive a penalty. Perhaps reports from players with higher ratios could hold more weight when it comes down to determining whether a penalty should be applied.
