Shyvanna or Skarner
i feel they are almost the same but who is better late game, who is tankier, who does more damage and over all who is the best? they both seem so similar

Shyv has a faster jungle clear and can do a lot more damage thank Skarner, but Skarner offers invaluable utility to his team with his ultimate. Shyvana is better to carry with in ranked in my opinion.
shyvana if you want to solo carry. skarner if you're playing with a few people and don't need to worry about getting fed, your ult is some of the best utility in the game if your team can do the damage
Skarner in a pre-made with coordination is god mode.
They both make excellent duelists. Skarner tends to be tankier, due to building more tank items, and Shyvana tends to deal more damage, since she's able to build more damage.
Play them both and pick who you like. Personally, I prefer Skarner, but Shyvana really bores me to play.
although i love skarner id have to say shyvana is superior overall. she brings waaaay more dmg to the table and is better at securing objectives
