Top Trundle Build

I'm thinking of starting to play in the top lane, and I have a question on the build. Keep in mind I don't want to build full tank or full damage, a nice mix of both will be great. That being said, is okay? or is it leading too much to the damage side?

I feel like is a good item to have since it will proc on his q. Should I build that into or ?

If you can, please list a good build for both damage AND tank. Thanks!
