Small Idea for Kassadin
As many of you know, 
is EXTREMELY gimpped by his ultimate. So the idea is simple, remove the stacking mechanic from his E and put it on his R insted. That way you have to be more thoughtful about how you use your ult and allow you to buff his other stuff without him being a 90% ban pick again.
Optional Adjustments:
- Put a visual effect when he's able to use his ult similar to
or 
's passive. - Add a shield which strength is based on how many enemy champs you hit or some kind CC so he doesn't blow up when he uses his ult to go in.
