I got issues with auto attacking Garen when he spins

I don't know if it's me or it's in general, but it has been for a long time like this that i miss autos when Garen spins. I just can't see clearly his outlines and i usually click next to him which ends up in me getting closer to him and taking more damage. This issue i have is only with Garens spin and nobody else in the game.

Yeah the outline function in settings is set on, but i still kind of see his outlines everywhere when he spins and i miss my AAs regularly. In this situation i just started to avoid any fighting when his E is up
