Adding Champion Select Notification and Clarification

I think that we've all been in games where people go afk in champion select and forget to lock-in their champion. As such, I've decided to suggest that we add a little more sound to the mix so that the afk'er can go do as they please, then be called back to the game by jacking up their game sound.

Currently, all that a player will hear when it is their turn to pick or ban is the sound of swords clashing. Why don't we have the summoner's rift lady announce "It's Your Turn to Pick, Summoner!" or something to that effect. "Purple Team's Ban!" "Blue Team's Ban!"

This is a really simple suggestion that will result in an improvement in gameplay for some people, I think. I know that high ELO players know the important of champion select, but for the casual the importance is often neglected and ignored. This will get people more engaged with the process and hopefully result in less people missing out on their chance to select their champion.
