A few buffs that wont break mordekaiser

Mordekaiser is not fine. Hes entirely useless unless his team is winning 4v5, in which case he can get easy ghosts and be oppressive. But he doesn't actually do anything, unless youre already winning in the first place...

He's fine, people just dont like his lack of mobility
Why exactly...?
mordekaiser depends on hp items to get the most survivability because of his shields but all hp and no resistances mean you still get melted when focused so you got to fit in a defense item

so you don't get blow up which affects his cookie cutter build that he has to build when their is even one front line champion on the enemy team no exceptions. one has to be be 
and the other 
so that leaves room for 
so they can't lifesteal up your damage or 
so you can combo with and get some actual soft cc very limiting and anti fun having to always include the same items so he can actually be able to function but if he had some extra pen he could free up some item slots so he could have more build diversity.
