We all know volibear is in a pretty unfavorable spot so how about giving his base stats some extra love more hp ad and armor and maybe letting his w damage hit it's cap around 25-33 percent hp and letting his passive scale with levels
When the preseson hits and the runes get changed, everyone is getting a buff to their base stats because you can't get flat armor seals and magic resistance glyphs anymore.
I mean to be more in line with other Juggernauts
Bump udyr just got some stat and ratio adjustments can voli get some love
