My game just ended?

I was just in a game with 4 of my friends in a call. Suddenly all of us got a attempting to reconnect we waited a little then we just left the game and im at the home screen. Just checked op.gg and it says im in a game and i hit the watch live game and it said all disconnected lol. Im kinda confused if someone could clarify what just happened.
