Evelyn, Useless Yet Again

As I'm sure everyone has noticed the once feared blue skinned Lady has been absent and I'm sure many people are happy about it, I obviously am not. Ever since the new jungle hit she has been totally worthless, she is under the bar in literally every aspect of jungling. Her clear time is horrid, falling behind even tanks, her sustain is already non-existent as we know, and falls behind by lvl 4-5.

In her beginning she was a terrifying AP nuke assassin, invising and waiting for the right moment to delete an out of position soul and turn a fight or lane. Then a rework and meta shift later she became this AD fighter thing which, while effective, didn't really fit her theme of this supposed perfect predator. (called so by the Champ himself, Jax) And now she sits on a shelf, along with GP and Olaf and the like, waiting for Riot to fix them.

While I understand that some champions need it worse it would be nice to see her get some attention.
