Thinking I might finally be done with LOL with the state of how the game is now.

It seems the team with more damage now will always win. Games are ending too fast with this damage and one or two CC's on you and you are dead due to this damage. I have seen many posts about this and with patch 7.24 and 7.24b is seems they don't really care or have any thoughts that this is bad.

I really tried to stick it out and hoped that they would listen to the community but just doesn't seem like it. Changes seem to happen slower and the game feels more broke as time goes on. Most of my friends have even stopped playing as time has gone on, so seems I'm one of the last to try and stay in the game, but it's been hard.

Most of the champs I really enjoyed to play I haven't been able to any more and while they say they are working on them, it just seems to take years for it to happen, while many new ones comes out. Even the balances are all focused on SR, while they support many other modes that many play, those mode see little to no light of hope for changes in balance and playability.

Players are also becoming more toxic to a point that I don't really feel like I'm playing to have fun anymore. Miss the old days of LOL and sadly it seems those days will never come back. I started playing this game when it came out and felt I had a place here with it, but feels they don't want me to stay.

I do hope some changes for the good of the game do come for you all, but I'm not sure it will happen in a year. Had a long run with Riot and the LOL community but I don't really see a sign of good fortune down the road.

The game changed a lot, you just need to find a new champ that resonates with you. Runes Reforged completely ruined Leona for me, I'm on the list for the most Leona mastery points on the planet, and I cant even force myself to play her anymore. But I have recently discovered a new love for Nocturne and all the playstyles and roles he's gained from Runes Reforged.

i had fun playing broken champs in normal blind pick

not worth it to waste 30 min on a weak champ vs op once because they first picked op champs

This is no where near as bad as leauge of assassians in what? Season 4 ?

Also players dont seem any more toxic to me.

I'm the same way but I have to remind myself that this is Preseason. If the game continues to be like this in the next season then I will probably be quitting as well.

It's fine if you don't like the state of the game now. I think you should take a break until things settle down. Even if it takes 2 years.
