I think Rammus is a bit too strong right now.

As someone who plays a lot of Rammus, I think he straight up does way too much damage. Starting from when you get Bramble Vest, it feels too easy to simply 100-0 someone. Playing against him is kind of counterintuitive, because he does too much damage if you ignore him, but you also take a lot of damage if you attack him. Considering this, if you get ahead on Rammus, it just feels like there is nothing the enemy can do against you. I'm enjoying the freelo I'm getting out of the champion right now, but he needs a nerf.

(Here are some damage statistics from my recent Rammus games, as backup to my claims:

22.3k damage in a 28:56 minutes game, second most damage in the game was the enemy Tristana, with 18.3k damage. (10/3/18)

40.4k damage in a 39:13 minutes game, only behind my Lucian and the enemy Brand. (14/6/15)

18.3k damage in a 24:18 minutes, outdamaged by Azir and Rumble (both high damage squishies) and tied with the enemy Lucian) (8/5/11)

i'm just wondering because you say you play him a lot do you get shit on by corki's magic damage auto attacks? or is it not effective i know they nerfed rammus's mr a while ago

But without Rammus ADCs will be stupid strong. Riot should nerf both Rammus and ADC.

I think in 1 of Phylol's video, he rated him as 1 of best 4 junglers to play. I think ramus right needs a nerf and is definitely a little too strong atm. The synergy between his w and aftershock is just insane, so strong that he can just dive your backline and be able to solo out your adc even with help. Sometimes he needs just 1 other person to help him but the synergy is probably what is making him really strong. Also, people just don't like to play tanks right now. Maybe this is a side product of preseason, or exciting new runes, but I've been noticing that when I play a tank, I'm the only tank in the game (except sometimes there is Leona sup).

Please just give Rammus his VGU. Outdated model, no skins above the 975 RP threshold, his mini rework didn't fix kit problems, his lore is practically not existent (he should be an earthquake demigod ala Ornn, just for Shurima).

Hell, Riot introduced game mechanics recently in the game working perfectly for him. Camille gave us AD shields, but her passive is the only thing having it. Rammus is supposed to be the anti-AD-tank, give him an AD shield.

They experimented with movement speed scaling with Warwick ult range, Janna passive and even a rune. Would work with his Powerball.

At this point he slows you so hard and is so fucking brutal the taunt is hardly even necessary.

He is only strong because many people draft full ad teams, so he stack armor and hp to become extra tanky.

The only problem I see with Rammus atm is that hes not only strong against AD, he also bursts down APs and they cant do shit to him lol. XD I dont care if hes strong against Melees, hes supposed to be like that, but he should not be able to kill AP champions just as fast.

When I play Rammus though, once the enemy realizes I'm a fucking Rammus, they walk past me in my defensive curl and take the nexus.

I wouldn't doubt Rammus does great is low skilled games.
