New Fizz is OP( or at least in Silver he is)

I don't know what it is but this new Fizz is incredibly strong and I feel like his early 1v1's just got so much easier with his new W. Now I play Fizz a lot, he's one of my favorites characters, but he just's stomps almost every midlaner and the only time I lose lane is when its a champion that I still don't know how to play against like Ahri, and even then when I hit 6 they can't do much. Maybe it's just me but Fizz is so strong now.

P.S. I would Like if they made his Q Scale with bonus AD so AD Fizz can be played again.

He is pretty OP, especially with sheen/lich. His W just destroys.

Leblanc is also broken AF right now although people are too busy assuming nerf to realize her W/E passive deletes squishies.

He does seem stronger based on my experience, but not sure if he strong to the point of needed a nerf.

I have seen him banned a lot, but haven't played him or seen him played since the change. I will try him out tonight and see if I can tell a difference. I used to play him all the time, especially in the jungle.
