Ranked Champ Select Bug

I was in champion select and i was last pick. I had Fizz picked as the person I wanted to play but the enemy team picked him. So the Xin Zhao on my team asks "kat?" and I replied no. It was Xin's turn but it showed him not locking in. The counter stayed at 0 for a few seconds then it went to my turn, stayed for like one second, then took me out of que saying that I didn't lock in . This was a problem because on top of it making me wait 5 more minutes, plus the 20 i already have, it took me out of que. Please look into this.
