I (the zed) was winning pretty hard in lane vs. the talon. I had gotten 3 kills on him and he had gotten 1 on me. He roamed bot and got 1-2 kills. He proceeded to come back to lane. When he returned to lane he immediately fought me. I got destroyed. I have absolutely no words to describe what happened that game other than "wow". Probably cause I'm bad but damn this upset me greatly.

MLDzXnRRR2 votesWell, Zed has manaless poke, I can't see how Talon can beat him before 6. His ult burst is faster than Zed, so he should be able to 1v1 Zed, but if you land your ult and abilities, he will die too from your ult. You are playing a lane bully with escape and manaless poke, few champions can win vs Zed during laning without getting zoned or killed. This matchup was harder for Zed, when Talon had a silence.
MartyrMayday1 votesI find that a lot of times in game I misread the strength of someones last power spike. Perhaps he just picked up his infinity Edge or his Ravenous Hydra and you still had 3k in your pocket. Sometimes just looking at the other laners items or lvl will help you process how strong he might be in a 1v1. This is besides the fact that letting him catch you by surprise and engaging on you first will greatly increase his ability to win a fight. For Talon, pinking up a pink ward can help you plan what to do for his ult and of course dodging his blades will lesson his damage. I find Talon more annoying then overpowered and i don't think a nerf would be exactly necessary.
