Not saying Fiora is OP per say, but this is something I feel should be changed. The W is basically a spell shield while also having the potential to completely nullify both Exhaust and Ignite, and if the others don't block summoners, I don't think this one should.
Kind of related, I wish irelia's passive didnt effect exhaust either.
Or because it's a unique ability it makes sense, it's not just a spell shield its a self root and a projectile skill shot
Even so, it's pretty difficult to predict when someone is going to use a summoner spell. If you do manage to Riposte it, you're either incredibly lucky or it was very obvious.
