Just a thought I had about Keystone runes
But I would like for Riot to take a look at Aery, Aftershock and Guardian.
Aery I personally would love to see Aery being removed and being replaced by something that would go into the inspiration tree that would only keep aery's defencive capabilities. Perhaps even making it having a similar effect to what Windspeaker's blessing did. I'd love for it to be replaced by something that would actually be designed for mages instead of shielding/healing bots. Maybe even DFT?
Aftershock I mean.. its good to have something that offers extra tankyness.. But Aftershock does it in such a weird way which makes me feel that it never really hit the mark of what it was supposed to be. When playing a tank character, who I'm just assuming this rune was supposed to be for, I don't feel like i need more damage when trading. I want to be able to survive trading. I want to be able to take less damage than i would other wise take. I'd love to be able to get that extra tankyness boost and negate some damage done to me for example. I dont feel like i'd need a damage AoE after procing Aftershock.
This rune seriously doesn't need to be a damage rune. It could be turned into an utillity by making the 'shock' area a slow for a short duration. I'm just spitballing here.
Guardian I personally feel like this is just the most boring keystone rune in the whole system. And don't get me wrong. I know the new spellbook still excists.
But this rune requires you to stand in close proximity to someone else on your team to be able to work. When I use it, it basicly feels like i've assigned myself to be someone's servent the whole game long. I personally was a huge fan of Currage of the Colossus. I know it's not likely coming back.. ever. But I'd love for a keystone rune that would give me a shield that doesn't require me to stand next to someone.

I would just like you to know tho. That these are just thoughts and Idea's I felt like typing out at about 2:30AM and that It feels pretty good just to vent about this i guess.
