Can we have a fix on Wukong's E+Q+R combo? Sometime's R won't go off.

I think this has been an issue for years now. Basically when you use your standard E+Q+R combo, sometimes the R doesn't go off. I don't know if this is a ping issue but some of my friends who has relatively low ping have been struggling with this too when playing Wukong. You basically have to spam R after E+Q to make sure it goes off after the combo's animation. Can we have a fix on this like what you did with Lee Sin, Karthus and Ryze?
