Client says "incorrect password" or "unable to connect to login queue"

I've been trying to log in for an hour now. I tried troubleshooting but every time I log in it says "unable to connect to login queue" and sometimes it would say "incorrect username or password". I have reset my password but still no luck.

Okay, I got in the game but I'll leave this here just in case someone is still experiencing this problem and to get Riot's attention to fix it.
