Bot Lane Feeders (I need help)

Alright so I wan't to start this post off with stating that I am NOT QQ-ing. Alright? If it wasn't clear before, I am NOT QQ-ing? Dont pull some shit on me saying that I'm just crying because I suck or something. Now with the rest of the post. Hey, so I am currently a Silver 3 Yorick Main. I have reached Mastery 7 Yorick on multiple accounts now and can play him Top, Jungle, and Support. But it seems that consistently in the majority of my games, my bot lane feeds. Now I usually run Flash + Teleport which is to say that I TP Gank and try to give MY bot a lead and get first tower bot with all of my siege power so that we have dragon control as well. But half the time when I give my adc a lead they end up throwing it, and when I am unable to TP Gank and my enemy laner doesn't roam bot at all they still feed. Now by this logic the enemy adc would do this as well, but that doesn't seem to be the case. So how do I improve upon myself to carry these teams, when I am unable to splitpush.
