[Gameplay] Custom Item Sets Consumables Bug

When I open up my shop to use any of my custom item sets I have a block in which I have all of my consumables, wards, and trinkets, but after all of my item blocks at the very bottom there is a tab named "Consumables" with a single control ward. Note that none of the other blocks are named they are simply left at default.

1. Create a custom item set and place whatever you want into multiple blocks.
2. Enter into any kind of game and scroll down this list of item blocks you put in.
3. You should see this random item block.

This is in all of my games, but I never got around to submitting a bug report.
